Last week Michael picked out a recipe called Sloppy Joe Bake. It's a recipe he found in his Grandma's cook book. I personally was really nervous about it just because it didn't sound like something I would like too much.
You put together the sloppy joe mix, then fixed some bisquick, put that around the bottom of the pan, then put the meat in. Next simply put it in the oven. Well, just as I feared, it wasn't for me. It was too bisuity. I'm not much for that kind of biscuit personally, so it just didn't cut it for me. Michael didn't mind it that much, so I can make it for him again. But I told him that might have to be when we have kids though. Ha.
